2. Do not use these recordings if you suffer from epilepsy, clinically diagnosed depression, or any other psychiatric condition.  If in doubt, please seek medical advice.

3. These recordings are intended to be used when you can safely close your eyes and not be disturbed.  Do not listen to these recordings if you are driving, walking, running or using heavy machinery.

4. If you are under 18, you should only listen to these recordings with parental permission.

5. No guarantees can be provided as to the effectiveness of these recordings, as each individual will respond in a different way.  These recordings will work for most people if they follow the instructions contained within the recordings exactly.  It is down to the individual to maximise the benefit they receive.

6. A personal copy of the recording may be taken for use in a portable audio player such as an MP3 device.  However, copies must not be made to be distributed, sold, rented, broadcast, used for public performance or for any commercial purpose.

7. Due to copyright, only faulty products can be returned for replacement.  Care is taken to ensure that products are in full working order and suitably packaged prior to dispatch.  Faulty products must be notified and returned within 14 days with the receipt.

8. Products are dispatched within 5 working days of order.
