There are times when the hands off approach of coaching or training isn't enough.  Sometimes you need someone who has been there and done it.  This is where interim management can help.  I can come in on a fixed term contract to manage operations or teams to help through a difficult transition or to hold the fort until a permanent replacement can be found.  I can also help with the selection process.

I specialise in IT management, having implemented an ITIL based service culture, managing help desks, projects, application development groups and support teams.  I have practical experience of outsourcing, offshoring, redundancy programmes, cost reduction initiatives and relocations.
