Kerwin Hack has a background as a professional IT manager with experience of running Operational functions as well as programme activities. From an IT and Financial Services background, he has managed large internal organisations up to 250 people, through relocations, product launches, process re-engineering, cost reduction, offshoring, outsourcing and redundancy programmes. Troubleshooting problem areas has featured heavily during his career. A Prince 2 practitioner with ITIL qualifications and a certified coach. He ran his own coaching and consultancy business called Unlocking The Cage for three years. He is now Consultant Director for Fairplace Cedar, a leading people development consultancy, specialising in supporting individuals and organisations through change.
