This is a online survey that is completed by you and a selection of people who know you from work and home. Once the data has been analysed, we can take you through the findings and can advise you on where you have strengths and where you can further develop other skills. This can be a one off briefing, or the start of a coaching relationship that can support you in your development. People find this invaluable when they are changing jobs or moving into a leadership role for the first time.
